Brian McDonough and Mark Cohen have been named to the New England Super Lawyers list for Insurance Coverage, both for the past consecutive 15 years. The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5% of lawyers in any state.

Brian McDonough recently prevailed at trial in the Business Litigation Session of the Massachusetts Superior Court on an insurance bad faith suit arising from a construction site wrongful death action (Reis v. East Coast Bldg. Materials, LLC, 2024 WL 989603 (Mass. Super. Feb. 5, 2024).
